The Foundation
These five therapies are the foundation of everything we do — the ones we’d stand behind even if the rest of the menu didn’t exist. Each uses warm, herb-infused oil and technique rooted in real Ayurvedic tradition, not a diluted spa-industry version of it.
The Five Therapies
The Classic Swedish
Long, flowing strokes moving in harmony with the body's natural pace. This is where urban tension first meets resistance — and where it starts to let go. Soft, expansive, quietly renewing; the therapy most guests choose for a first visit, and the one most return to as a baseline reset.
Book SukoonThe Deep Tissue
Deliberate, grounded pressure that reaches the deeper, long-held knots most massages don't get to. Strength is restored without sacrificing stillness — purposeful work for shoulders, backs, and bodies that carry tension as a default state rather than an occasional visitor.
Book SthirathaThe Aroma Journey
Curated essential oils and rhythmic strokes that engage body and senses together. The breath deepens before the muscles do — this is aromatherapy used as a genuine therapeutic tool, not a background scent.
Book GandhaThe Indian Sacred Oil Ritual
Warm, herb-infused oils applied in the ancient rhythmic strokes rooted in true village tradition. This is Ayurveda's original full-body massage — timeless, deeply nourishing, and the therapy from which most modern oil massages (however they're branded) actually descend.
Book AbhyangaHerbal Bolus Rejuvenation
Heated herbal poultices (potlis) release therapeutic warmth and botanical aromas directly into tired muscle tissue — a village-born remedy for genuinely deep, aromatic rest. Recommended for chronic tightness, post-travel fatigue, or anyone who has "tried everything else."
Book Panchakarma PotliStill Deciding?
Sukoon is a classic Swedish-style massage using long, flowing strokes for general relaxation, while Sthiratha is a deep tissue therapy using deliberate, grounded pressure to release long-held muscular knots. Both are available in 60 and 90-minute durations.
The massage itself is 60 or 90 minutes as booked; we recommend allowing an additional 20–30 minutes before and after for the welcome ritual and post-session Pause.
Yes. Therapies such as Abhyanga and Panchakarma Potli follow traditional Ayurvedic technique — warm herb-infused oils and rhythmic strokes rooted in Indian wellness heritage — delivered by therapists trained in these specific methods.
