Terms Of Your Ekanta Membership

  • One session per day — sessions cannot be split, banked, or carried between days
  • Session duration confirmed at time of booking; cannot be changed on day of visit
  • Advance booking — minimum 48 hours (weekdays), 72 hours (weekends, public holidays, peak evenings 6–9pm)
  • No rollover — unused sessions are forfeited at expiry; non-refundable, non-transferable
  • Non-transferable — registered to one named individual, for personal use only
  • Weekend peak cap — Monthly Full members capped at 2 weekend peak-hour bookings/week (Sat–Sun, 11am–5pm)
  • Off-peak hours strictly 10:00 am–4:00 pm, Mon–Fri, no exceptions
  • Annual validity — 365 calendar days from date of first activation; no extension for unused periods
  • Cross-centre — valid at centre of purchase (Sector 57 or Sector 65); cross-centre visits require advance approval
  • GST — 5% applicable on all fees, exclusive of stated prices
  • Modification — Sovarel reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days' written notice via WhatsApp or registered email

Can I use my Ekanta membership more than once a day?
No. Each Ekanta membership permits one session per calendar day regardless of tier; sessions cannot be split or combined across days.
